Wootton Fields is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a
capacity of 104, known for its passionate and longstanding team
dedicated to giving children the best start in life. The staff go
above and beyond to create engaging, exciting environments for the
children. Conveniently located near Junction 15 of the M1 with
regular bus services, the nursery offers free parking and lunch for

Role Responsibilities:

What to Expect as a Nursery
Practitioner:

• Create a
  Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms
  to encourage children's growth and
  learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and
  deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional,
  intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years
  Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role:
  Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family
  connections.

Required Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early
  Years Education.
• Proven experience in working
  with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood
  education
• Skills: Good communication capable
  or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply
  knowledge of child development to plan and deliver
  activities.
