Manager to lead our Extra Care service at Corbetts

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Extra Care
  service
• Lead, motivate, and develop a
  dedicated care team
• Ensure compliance with CQC
  standards and safeguarding requirements
• Build
  positive relationships with residents, families, and
  professionals
• Monitor care quality, staffing,
  and service delivery
• Participate in
  on-call duties, shared across
  sites
• Requires CQC Registration

You

• Experience in a
  care management role (Extra Care, Supported Living, or
  similar)
• Strong leadership and organisational
  skills
• Excellent communication and
  decision-making ability
• Knowledge of
  regulatory and quality standards within health and social
  care
• A professional, caring, and values-driven
  approach

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
  available
• On-call duties (shared across
  sites)
